A Hint at what's to come?

As you should know, SA-MP 0.2.5 was put back into production. Traffic was one thing we all hoped for, but it is highly unlikely to be correctly interpreted. Sure, you can have bots follow paths, but so far they are having problems even doing that correctly. In other words, getting bots to move slowly and follow traffic lanes correctly might be hell for scripters, so there's a chance of traffic not showing up for a long while. Then again, on the bright side..

GTA United Muiltiplayer

Yes, there have been successful beta tests on SA-MP with the huge ass, kick ass GTA United Mod, which adds Vice City and Liberty City into a playable area in association with San Andreas. After the Beta server's and tests were done, nobody was allowed to share the files used for the beta.

"You could ask Kye for it, We can't give it out because Kye said don't."

"I remember in 0.1b there was a "hack" or something to play map mods. I suppose it's the same use for this."

Hmm...by the sounds of this, the SA-MP team is trying to allow GTA: United be a playable mod in SA-MP, if the second quote has some truth to it, could this mean handling's, and other map mods available for use in 0.2.5? I know there is already a method using s0beit, but for all the none-cheaters out there, this could be your lucky break.

We will see when 0.2.5 is released.
